Amazing stand for the money.
I shopped for a TV stand big enough to fit a 61" DLP TV and I went everywhere from Wal-mart to Best Buy to Ikea (online). This is the stand to get. This stand looks amazing in black metal and black tempered glass.Wal-mart has some cheap particle board set for roughly the same price as this item. Best Buy has two classes of TV stands, those in their Magnolia section (which look great but run $1300+, I might as well get another TV) and their more moderately priced units run $299-$600. ...

Solid, great looking and best value 60" flat screen stand around.
I purchased this for a reasonably priced stand for my new Panasonic Plasma, Panasonic VIERA S1 Series TC-P58S1 58-Inch 1080p Plasma HDTV, Black. The prices of flat screens have fallen but not so for the prices of stands to hold the large flat screens. Since I move my room around on occasion a wall mount was out. Functional and sleek
I confess that this stand really doesn't go with our home's colonial styling but, then again, neither does our 52" Sony Bravia XBR. The stand does however suit the flatscreen beautifully in style. Excellent quality and value
I picked this unit because it is made of metal and glass, rather than particle board and plastic. I wanted something that would look great and last. The assembly took about an hour because they used so many fasteners to hold it together -- this thing is solid as a rock! The glass shelves are black on the bottom, for a very modern feel. It even has leveling feet so you can dial it into your location perfectly. This is an excellent value and should last a lifetime.

Great looking TV stand until glass shelf shattered by itself
Stylish appearance, easy to assemble.This stand is inexpensive and does its job.After a year and half, the middle shelf shattered for no reason. It was only holding a DVD player and a mixer.I would say the glass shelf is not reliable for long term use. The lower shelves are around 1/4" thick and top surface for the TV is maybe 3/8".Amazon is kind enough to issue a 20% refund. I'm just glad no one is hurt and my TV is unscathed.I would urge any pote...

Looks fairly elegant after assembly. My 50" Panasonic plasma TV sits squarely and nicely on the top.Assembly was easy, although you need patience to fasten 35 or so bolts loosely first, then tighten them all later, after complete assembly. great stand, hope i don't have to move it tho, ever...
nice stand. easy to assemble and although it is heavy, it's not something that is ridiculous. even with all the components on it i can easily pick up one end and pull it away from the wall and put it back. the stand looks great, better than the pictures would have you believe.the only cons i have are that the clearance between the shelves is smaller than you think. 6.5" at the front and about 8" in the middle. my onkyo receiver had to slide in sideways to get in at all, but once...
