Cheap and GREAT
This review is from: Sony DE220 Portable CD Player (Electronics) I've had this amazing CD player for almost 3 years. It has survived being dropped dozens of times and it never skips. The design is light, thin and stylish. It packs all the functions needed into 3 buttons - stop&pause, back and play&forward. Just as good the second time around.
This review is from: Sony DE220 Portable CD Player (Electronics) This is the second Sony DE220 CD player I've owned. And the first one is still working fine, despite the years of use and the many drops. I intentionally hunted on the internet to find a second one because my daughter's CD player had given out. Good, but one big problem
This review is from: Sony DE220 Portable CD Player (Electronics) The CD player works great, great sound and bass! And the CD is not easy to skip, the player even plays my CDs that have some scratches on it! But ... I have a problem with the CD player not remembering your place when you turn it off for a second (no pause). For instance, I have this player in my car hooked up to the cassette player so I can hear CDs while driving, but if I get out of the car for a minute like to pump gas,

Excellent product
This review is from: Sony DE220 Portable CD Player (Electronics) It works great and the sound quality is excellent. My only problem is the lack of a pause button, as others have mentioned but to me that isn't such a big deal. I am sure I will enjoy this product for a very long time, as it is light in weight but very durable. I still use cd players for meditation music because I find them easier to operate while meditating. Thanks for a great product!
