Absolute junk
What a piece of trash.It broke after less than three months and Sony refuses to fix it under warranty.Flimsy junk. Stay away unless you enjoy burning hundred dollar bills.Also it is noisy and the tumor battery is awkward and ugly. Even before it broke I was not impressed.

If only the battery were flat...
Just want to say what i dont like about this netbook: I bought this netbook as a gift for my wife even though I had read the negeative reviews particularly on the unpleasant bulging of the battery. I bought it partly because it has an attractive feminine colour. On first usage, i confirmed how uncomfortable this netbook is on the laps since it has such an awkward balance due to the protruding battery. It also wont lie flat on a table surface and could cause disconfort for someone already use to

uninstalling Norton results in BSOD ndis.sys reboot
The amount of bloatware that Sony dares put inside a tiny netbook is offensive. I guess whomever was in charge of this netbook product was more interested in keeping the comissions from all the software vendors for the bloatware, or didn't even know this was a netbook, as they have filled it to the brim, like they do with then notebooks.So I uninstall the Norton Security, and it damages the networking driver as it often does, and now I can't boot into Win 7 Starter Edition, another garbage.If

You're better off getting a tablet for the price
I got this for my mother as a christmas gift while I was overseas. Before I even returned home, the netbook had catastrophic hardware failure. We returned it three different times for three different (and unrelated) problems. This was all within the manufacturers warranty period. After the warranty period expired, I just got her a tablet. It wasn't worth the trouble.When it did work, it wasn't too bad for a Netbook. Then again, for the same price you can get a tablet that runs twice as good and
