Seagate Free-Agent GoFlex

The external hard drive was easy to install. I have Vista and at first I could not back up my computer. I telephoned the assistance number provided and was promised a call back to help me. I never received that call and that is why I downgraded the product one notch. On the internet I found that the software provided is for Apple computers and no software is required for Microsoft based computers. I formatted the external hard drive and now I am able to back up my computer without problem.

Sat and collected dust

I bought this well before I needed it. I had the ability to back up my pc online. I could never figure out how to erase the earlier material and create more room . Who cares? I use this drive to back up three computers. Works well.

I'm lovin' this thing!

I use this quite a bit when helping people transfer data from their old computer to a new one. I haven't encountered a situation where I ran out of storage room yet, so that's a good thing!
