This review is from: Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Desk 2 TB USB 3.0 External Hard Drive STAC2000106 (Personal Computers) This is a very easy to install and operate B/U USB drive. It is quite fast, especially compared to slower USB 2.0 devices.The only possible negative is that it does not have an on/off switch.I have owned similar units with and without an on/off switch and have grown to prefer the "constant on" variety, it is a matter of personal preference.

Do not buy this if you have a Mac, or under any circumstances

Especially when the stars are for how "sleek" it is.Ever since I plugged this into my computer, it has caused nothing but trouble. My comp started having trouble shutting down. The HDD have trouble ejecting. And that GODFORSAKEN sleep mode on this thing. It will go to sleep in the middle
