Wrong Adaptor/charger sent with product
I was SO excited when my SanDisk Sansa Fuze arrived in a timely fashion, and brand new as promised. However a few weeks later when I went to put music/videos on it, I found that the charger/cable that they sent with it does not fit the machine...... Bummer.The only thing that saved me is I previously purchased a SanDisk for my daughter so now we have to "share" the cable. Not the most convenient, but better than nothing.I did send an e-mail informing them of the need to exchange cable

Too many crashes converting videos for it
I am tired to try converting videos to this device again, and again, because it cannot play common formats like AVI, MP4, etc ... These file formats must be first converted using proprietary software (Sansa Media Converter) which fails a LOT (every 4 or 10 files during the conversion process), and this has been true for WinXP, and Win7. I'd honestly keep it with me, because it's a great brand, but such conversion tool is useless, and makes anyone to waste the time too much. Converting videos

A convenient MP3-Player worth the cost

Nice player
This MP3 player is well worth the price you pay for it. Easy to operate, as we bought this for our nine year old daughter. We reccomend a protective case.
