Buyer Beware
This product you must watch out for my wife bought one but they don't tell you that you cannot have a protective back on your phone. The product will not work with a slim protective back on your phone. In order to use it you will have to take the protective back off your phone. My wife has a slim soft back and I have the back wih the little stand for the phone and neither will work with this charger.

This Dock - Creadle works great upright for daily office use or landscape to watch a video.It activates a calendar / clock screen as soon as you dock it and using the phone will activatespeaker phone by default unless you use a BT-Headset. I just love it. I bought two, one for workand one for home.

I purchased this cradle for my car. Not Perfect
I bought one of these becasue I've alwasy owned a smartphone and having a dock just makes the job complete. One of the reasons I like the dock is that it keeps it out of the way while charging and you can get a quick view of it to check for appointments,email, texts or missed calls. The description of the dock is very misleading. It says you can view the main page. Case Will Not Fit...
This is a well built and beautiful, but your phone will not fit into it with a case on. It is a pain to take your case on and off to charge phone or listen to music. I returned item. Do not buy if you have a case on your phone because it will not fit even with a barely there case.

This was exactly what I was looking for, works well either straight up or sitting on it's side. I like the docking screen that comes up when I connect my phone. And the dock feels sturdy.

Only if you don't use your phone as a phone
This thing is pretty solid. The phone fits into it really well, and it has a speaker built in so the speakerphone sounds great. Also, you can turn it on its side to view videos in landscape without removing the phone or performing a precarious balancing act. Awesome Dock
This dock works great. Some wrote that they couldn't use all of the functionality of the phone. I don't have that issue. When in the dock home screen I just touch the circled X and it closes the dock home screen and takes me to the phone home screen. All apps and functionality are available. The dock could be a bit more stable as it wobbles when texting. No big deal just pull the phone from the dock and text or use for other functions.
