Works like a charm

I bought this adapter to connect a third monitor (1280x1080) to my iMac with 2.66GHz quad-core Intel Core i5 processor and OS X 10.6.4. I downloaded the OS X driver from the manufacturer website, installed it, restarted and connected the monitor. Works just great and delivers a great picture. On more reason to like this adapter is that it comes super complete with adapters for VGA and HDMI and a USB cable. Given the fact that Apple takes 30 Dollars just for a Mini Displayport to DVI adapter (whi...

Half the Price I Expected to Pay and Twice the Product

I first heard about USB display adapters about two years ago. Back then, they were between $100 and $200 and a bit buggy and often very laggy. I chose this one based on the positive reviews and the price in order to have a lower end laptop use more than two displays at a time. I didn't realize until it arrived that it also came with adapters which allowed me to use VGA and HDMI. (The HDMI to DVI adapter is especially nice, IMO)I'm using Windows 7 Professional 64-bit on my company's c...

Great product and performance. Simply rocks !!

I bought it as to connect my third LCD monitor to my laptop for the flight simulator. I am using DVI but have used VGA as well. The nvidia card pumps enough horses to display good quality graphics. Tested with movies and there is no pixel refresh lags.Overall the best product there is. Will buy more for my work.

wow...it works great

Bought it online at Amazon for under $50. Plugged it in and Windoze recognized it immediately. I added it through the standard display GUI and was up and running in less than 5 minutes and have had zero problems with it. I don't run games or anything with high speed graphics - mostly spreadsheets and static data. For my purposes, it works absolutely great and doesn't slow down my laptop at all. I have 3 monitors total - 1 laptop - 1 external to laptop and 1 via DisplayLink.

Doesn't always work

I have this hooked up for a double-monitor and when the computer goes to sleep, the second monitor doesn't always come back on when I move the mouse or press a key to wake it back up. I end up having to unplug the USB from the back of the computer and plug it back in for the screen to come on. It's great when it works, but it doesn't work all the time and that's frustrating.

Sabrent USB to HDMI display adapter

I used this adapter for Thinkpad t60/t60p/t61 running both XP and Windows 7 to Panasonic Viera TV. It works but required some adjusting of settings to display correctly. This device uses the Displaylink software/drivers so you should download and install the latest software from Displaylink website before attaching the device to the USB port. You can only adjust the settings when the device is attached to the USB and TV HDMI port. Open up the system tray icon which appears after attaching th...

works with dell venue 8 pro

Allowed me to connect my dell venue 8 pro to external monitors and HDMI display, requires use of OTG cable sold separately.

Fantastic

This adapter is a great accessory for my netbook. Because of its small screen, the netbook's onboard graphics adapter is limited to 800x600 resolution, even when I plug my 17" monitor into the VGA port. With the Plugable USB adapter, I am now able to hook up to the larger monitor and display much more content on its screen.

Way better than I ever expected

First off, this is my setup. 2011 Macbook Pro w/ one Thunderbolt display, and one 1920x1080 LG Display. While having the Thunderbolt and the Macbook Pro screen open at the same time I wanted to use a perfectly good LED screen I used to use with the MacBook Pro.My only nit-pick is when moving windows around you can slightly see the stutter. However, scrolling a webpage with inertial scrolling on a Magic Mouse works perfectly. You cannot tell the difference. As a supplemental screen to...

Great item and seller - Plugable UGA-125 USB 2.0 to VGA/DVI/HDMI Adapter

I purchased the Plugable UGA-125 USB 2.0 to VGA/DVI/HDMI Adapter as my laptop monitor no longer worked. I already had an external monitor plugged into it, but I wanted another monitor. This was a great (cheap) solution. I highly recommend the item and the seller.- Matt Malcheski
