Great Quality - Fair Interaction

What's great about it: Picture What's not so great: Remote I purchased this Player to compliment my Panasonic 7000U projector. I have to say for 3D and normal 2D viewing, the player provides great image control. Lots of Apps are available with Games as well. The menus are extremely nice. Fast to boot up Blu Ray disks. It is hardwired to my home network, and that was seamless.I would give this 5 Stars if It had an remote with standard player buttons. The only drawback is the touchscree...

Best user interface

What's great about it: User interface. Remote. Solid connection. What's not so great: Remote takes some getting used to. I like Panasonic user interface over samsung and sony. The UI is laid out nicely and seems to have a quicker response to user input. This unit doesn't drop netflix every 10 minutes like my Sony does. I can actually watch a whole movie. The remote is different so it takes a few minutes to get the hang of it. The remote is nice because you can put the keys on the screen and ...

Save some money and hassle and get the BDT 220 model

This machine is exactly the same as the 220 model but it has 1) a slot loading drive and 2) a fancy remote with a touchpad and minimal buttons. No real complaints about the slot loader. It looks sleeker but it's otherwise immaterial. I would note that there's a flip-down panel on the front and mine broke the first week under normal usage. Now the panel is stuck in the down position which ruins the sleek look they're going for. Pretty poor design and engineering. The size/shape is also non-st...

superb hd picture-complicated remote

What's great about it: fantastic blu ray picture quality and good streaming What's not so great: a tricky remote requiring practice i was extremely pleased with blu ray picture, much crisper than my older panasonic blu ray with much faster load times and picture adjustment features...the streaming of movies vudu, amazon, netflix and others was very smooth...the only thing the buyer will need to adjust to is a somewhat complicated remote, but once you're used to manuevering around the pad and ...

Exceeded my expectations and bought from Amazon

I bought this unit to replace a Panasonic BDT-310 that I was giving to my brother to upgrade his 3D qualities. The BDT-310 was a great player and when setup for 3D in the manual mode the 3D affect was spectacular. So seeing that Panasonic had a new model wth a new video chip I decided to upgrade both myself and my brother's units.I am a former engineer and technically savvy. I read comments that people were having trouble with the new remote and problems with the wifi setup. It took about te...

Great player...remote questionable...

I just purchased this player after much deliberation. It is my 6th or maybe 7th blu ray player I have owned, so I am fairly familair with the players and different brands out there. This is not the most expensive player I have bought, but it is easily the sleekest, lowest profile, quietest operating, and downright quickest player I have ever owned or operated for that matter. This thing is super quick. The slot load is super smooth, and after I loaded the movie, closed the empty case, put the ca...

Excellent disc playback and streaming quality in one unit

**Upfront advice:if you're looking for excellent disc playback and streaming performance, buy this player. This is my fourth network streaming BD player in the past 15 months, and it's the only one that seems to do everything right.**Positives:Wireless streaming totally works on the BDT320. Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon have not given me any problems. No rebuffers, no freezes, no disconnections. This was my single biggest complaint about the other players I tried (two Samsungs and one LG).The play...

Exactly what I was looking for

I have been looking for something to replace my ps3 for streaming videos/blu-ray playing as well as something that supports Amazon Prime video streaming. This thing fit that niche perfectly for me. Not only can it stream videos but it can do it wireless without the annoying stuttering I used to get with my PS3 when streaming HD files wireless within my home network. The interface for Amazon Prime videos is pretty nice and since it is a blu-ray player I played a few from my collection to test it ...

Worth every dollar, and then some!

I bought this to replace a Samsung which could not access Amazon Prime video, and was prepared to return it based on earlier reviews complaining of the remote. Put another way, I wanted to see if the image quality was good enough to outweigh and quirks in the remote, and I was willing to take this chance. Boy, am I glad I did, and I agree completely with the review which concludes it is a steal, and you MUST learn how to use the remote: if you do, the rewards are amazing. The picture quality ...

OK Product, Horrible Support! What a Journey...

For newest updates please read down to bottom...I have just spent the last few hours having fun with my new Panasonic 320 and am excited to replace my Samsung BD-D6500. Good Riddance!First of all, I have to say I like the remote overall. It seems that this little device seems to generate the only well-founded criticism of this player. It is a little strange to have a remote without a button covering every possible function of the player. After getting over this fact the remote was surprisingly e...
