Image Drum
The supplier/vendor gets a 5 star rating; the instructions should tell you to hold off switching out the image drum until most of the toner is used up. I wasted a ton of money changing the image drum because I was told to by the machine but I had just changed the toner and so it all got thrown away with the old drum. :(

This new drum got rid of the streak down one side of the page. My old drum said it still had 40% life left. Now I know that steaking means get a new drum!

OKI LASER Accessories
Just an OKI Printer drum. Have NEVER gotten a bad part from OKI and would NEVER again purchase any other laser printer. OKI is the MOST RELIABLE printers we have ever had!!! Went through 5 HP printers to our ANCIENT OKI C5150n (which by the way is still running and NEVER has had a service issue to this day), and we did just purchase a NEW OKI C610cn or dn, can't remember which BUT, did this just in case the ancient C5150 decides to give out considering it is 6 to 8 years old I believe, BUT, stil...

dont change unless you toner is completly out also. all your toner is dumped into the drum, so when you change out you drum you throw away[$] worth of toner

I would purchase this product again.
Even though the Oki produces a high quality print and large number of prints before having to replace the drum, I feel that it was still rather expensive for just the drum. I would have liked to have been about to order the drum and toner cartiridge together rather than separately.
