Great picture clarity and ease of setup

So once I got the unit unpacked, read through the included quick start up guide...a more detailed PDF 78 page manual is available on the website for download...I had all the units powered up and ready for final camera placement in under one hour. Placement is also very quick if being used indoors or even outdoors because of the small size of the camera, the flat camera base and the strong magnetic power in the rear of the two cameras. You can place camera indoors on any flat surface without h...

Wrote company about one camera not working!

No follow up reply. Three cameras work and the forth is fully charged and will not connect. This makes me feel that no one cares. I will go to the store where I bought the cameras and asked for help.

The Alro Pro didn't stand up to the hype. The batteries didn't last a week on a charge, (outside) and it wasn't even cold out yet. I could only imagine how short of a life they would have now that it's actual winter weather. The range specified was nowhere near real world use. At times, the lag was close to a minute, and the video times out after four minutes. If you want a live view, for any length of time, you need the Arlo Q, which is another $200. At that point your getting into more entry l...

Don't buy this inferior product!!!

I always laugh at bad reviews, thinking people were just in a bad mood and frustrated, because they couldn't operate a device, but i spent a week with this toy, and highly warn against buying it under any circumstances. Here's why: 1. There's an inherent lag on ALL Arlo products, no matter your bandwidth. This lag is enough time for someone to simply sneak past the camera, and to miss the criminal activity you want to capture. The support rep confirmed the inherent lag in a chat. 2. If yo...

Holy LAG Batman!

The lag was horrible, the sound quality was miserable, the battery lasts a few days in high traffic areas.

Be careful buying this here!

I purchased the Arlo Pro 4 pack camera. The base system and 3 of the cameras installed and sync fine. The 4th camera would not sync. After troubleshooting online, but not finding a resolution, I tried calling Best Buys "Expert Service". However, none of the SIX technicians I was transferred to "handled" Arlo Pro. Best Buy does not know how to support this product, so beware of buying here.

Good Idea but still buggy and NO Customer Support

I bought the original Arlo set mainly because on the no wires, the batteries are expensive but did last a few months with minimal use. So after working with the HORRIBLE customer service came to an end with camera's failing and thanks to Best Buy extended warranty I was able to swap for the Arlo PRO with added cost rechargeable batteries second Gen what could go wrong ? Well these burn through batteries faster which means monthly recharging ,I have these outside and higher up to avoid easy theft...

Having Many Problems

I received this 4-camera system 4 days ago. This is how I have spent the last 3 days: I installed the iOS app, connected and powered up the base station and prepared to sync the first camera. I immediately got a prompt to download firmware updates for both camera and base station. The first camera kept "rejecting" the update and it took 5-6 tries to complete it. I proceeded to set up the cameras. Camera #1: The camera sync'd successfully and everything seemed to function. It sensed motion ...
