Works like I expected - 4.5 Stars
I read all of the reviews before buying the Motorola T305. When it came I was surprised at the small size. I thought it would be about the size of a bar of soap but it's about 2/3 that big. My initial (and only) disappointment was at the lack of a home, or indoor, charger. It only came with a car charger. I quickly discovered that I can use my Motorola W385 wall charger (or virtually any Motorola phone charger that uses a mini USB plug). It charged perfectly and safely with my phone's wall charg...

Phone booth sound and you have to turn it on each time
I guess I thought hads free would be better? You have to turn it on every time you get into your car and sync it with your phone. It also has a flashing blue light to tell you it's working but at night can be a pain. I thought that it would auto sync when you get in and work within the 30 feet like other high end units. You get what you pay for and it does work, the hands free dialing and auto answer are nice when you are in traffic.

Good for the price
This is essentially a speaker phone. I bought this for my wife and she uses and enjoys not having anything attached to her ear or a wire dangling from her ear. She has called me on it, and I can hear her and understand her, but you can definitily tell that you are talking through a speaker phone type device.

Great Handsfree Unit
PROS:Works great with my MOTO KRZR. Charged very quickly the first time and holds it's charge for weeks on end even with many hours of use. Very loud and clear. Almost never have any complaints from people on the other end.CONS:When things get noisy outside the car, for example, when I'm traveling fast on the freeway and it's a bit windy it's hard to hear poeple on the other end. Works well, some minor bugs
Having (apparently) non-standard ears, I was tired of constantly adjusting my earpiece/headset while driving. This is a good alternative, as I hoped it would be. The flashing light is not super annoying to me, but I can see how it would distract some drivers, Part of that is probably the height of your head in relation to your visor (I drive a Honda Accord). I do agree that they should include an AC adapter for home. The provided car charger isn't that practical and is flimsily built. ...

Bright Blinking Blue Light makes this unit less than perfect
Easy to use, holds a long charge, sounds great with very loud volume if needed. The people I call say it sounds good too - its perfect except for one nasty little thing. When the unit is in standby, which is 99% of the time, the blue light blinks very brightly every few seconds. I find this very annoying when driving at night. I think I might put tape over the light before I throw it out the window....

T305 exceeded expectations
I was surprised at just how easy the T305 was to set up and use. It paired effortlessly with my RAZR and the sound quality was better that I had expected. I was a bit suprised to find that the device came only with a car charger - not very practical since it needs to charge for a few hours before you can begin using it. However, since the T305 works with any standard Motorola charger, that wasn't a problem for me as I was able to use my phone's charger. Not sure if a different charger would work...

Easy to Install and does the Job !
Received product in 3 days(super saver) and immediately charged it(you can use your razr house charger instead of car charger if you have newer razr w/mini usb jack) .Paired it with Motorola Razr V3XX in seconds and was amazed at how well the voice recognition of the Razr carried over to the speaker. I simply press the Blue button and the phone asks me who to call ! I have not calculated length of standby time, but I have not had to charge it since I got it 4 weeks ago..use it ever...

good size, fast pairing but low volume
I bought this device 2 days ago and the first 2 hours it performed nicely. Cell phone to cell phone calls were fine, synchronization was excellent with my Motorola black razor and it even allowed me to use the voice names I had recorded in the cellphone to make calls with voice recognition, just by pressing the big blue button in the speaker phone. I am pleased with the performance of the T305
The sound quality is good at both ends of the conversation. I have had my Razr for almost a year and never used the voice dial function. When you push the blue button on the T305 it takes you right in to the voice dial. It leads you through selecting who you will call at which listed number. When I drive I leave my Razr in my pocket. The T305 talks to the phone via Bluetooth. Overall, I would say that the T305 exceeded my expectations.
