Awful product
This recorder plays back as if you recorded your song while in the middle of a bunch of stampeding buffalo. I've been writing songs almost 40 years and cannot even count all the different cassette recorders I have used but this one is the absolute worst one I have ever heard. Don't blame it on my tapes or the recording scenario because I have used all my other recorders in the same manner and have had absolutely no problem with them whatsoever. Good recorder
Good recorder for the price. Arrived in timely manner and in great condition. Good sound. Very satisfied with purchase. Recommend if need a small recorder.

I was suppose to receive a new Silver Cassette Recorder made my Memorex. What I received was a used black Cassette Recorder which was also made by Memorex. This recorder was very noticeable as being a used product. It has scratches on it, had labels that were on the back of the recorder, which had been partially peeled off. Worked once and then nothing. I know it was refurbished but more than 20 minutes functioning time is much less than acceptable. I had to as Amazon for a refund.

This worked great for recording a screw tape
This worked great for recording a screw tape. I recommend it for those needing to record. I dropped it once, and was able to fix it. Had to change batteries fairly fast, but dollar store batteries are cheap. Thanks for this enhancememt!

I purchased this as a gift for my husband who enjoys listening to his old cassette tapes. The recorder arrived quickly and in good condition. The sound is rather good for a small unit such as this. My husband is thrilled that he can listen to his old tapes and feel a little younger again.
