Excellent Picture
What's great about it: Picture What's not so great: Cant think of anything Wanted to replace an old Blu-Ray player and tried 3 other brands before trying this one. Okay as an inexpensive Blu-Ray player
The Blu-Ray player worked fine right out of the box. It had no difficulty playing the DVDs or Blu-Ray movies that I threw at it.\n\nThe Blu-Ray player only has a wired Ethernet connection so you will have to either run a wire to the player or purchase a wireless bridge to connect the player to the internet. What's great about it: Menu, Picture, Price What's not so great: Nothing The LG is a a breeze to use. Navigation and menus are much nice than comparable BR players. I bought a Panasonic in this price range and it froze up within the week, maybe a defective one. Best player I've used
This is the best player I've ever used for streaming Netflix. I tried a higher dollar Sony that was very inconsistent at streaming Netflix. This LG connects to my home network easily (and setup generally was easy), and it streams Netflix reliably. I bought it for my elderly mother, who needed a simple and reliable player.\n\nMy only possible criticism is that the remote is a little small and the buttons close together.\n\nThis is a great value for the money.
