The unit plays great and produces very good pictures. It was way too difficult to set up for wireless internet use, Had to call for technical support. They were very good at going through the steps to set the unit up. It seemed that they had been through the process before and were expecting the problem when I mentioned the reason for the call. It took over an hour on the phone to finally get going.

Wifi Dongle Problem
 
Pay a little extra and get a model with a built in wifi. This model has a wifi dongle that plugs in to the only USB port and within a matter of months it wouldn't keep a connection (we left it plugged in). Serious design flaw in my opinion.

It works... But that's all
 
It works okay, but the apps are very lackluster. The netflix app in particular is very slow making it difficult to navigate. One of the things that make it slow as well is the responsiveness of the remote. Try searching a title by typing it in? It takes forever. Plays bluray and DVD good, but because of the apps I would not purchase again...

Worst piece of electronic equipment I ever bought.
 
This blu-ray player is awful. The only reason I gave it a 2-star overall rating is because it DOES actually play the DVD's we put in it. My main problem is that it is slow in everything that it does and half the time, it doesn't read that there is a disc in there.(hide full review)
