Great product, though not without flaws
I don't often review products on Amazon, but I thought this one was worthy of it. Plus, it is giving me a great chance to test out the keyboard. Almost there, but some careless flaws
I bought the ultrabook with the intention of carrying it in my backpack and using it for work almost every day. I need to have a PC keyboard layout and preferably run Win 7 without virtualizing it. Lenovo U300s 10802BU 13.3-Inch Ultrabook (Graphite Grey).I bought 2 new U300s on line from Lenovo USA....... my wife brought it back to Australia. WHAT THE ??!!?? Both units's rapid boot from sleep does not work? Unacceptable screen for a flagship product
A 1366x768 13.3" screen is unacceptable in a flagship $1500+ laptop. My cell phone has a 4" screen with a 900 pixel vertical resolution!

Not bad at start but keep finding new surprises
love the speed had a problem with the wifi however the support was helpful got hold of the support right away without a wait.my only complain is when i tilt the laptop the fan seem to connect with the aluminum casing and make scratching sound. overall i am happy with this.review updateafter a month and half one of the rubber feet of the ideapad had detached. the casing is now making clicking sound when you pick it up, like it is loose. fan scratching the aluminum casing has got worst...

Best computer I have ever seen except for a couple things
The key to this pc seems to be that its perfect except fro the details which could use some work.-Others complained about the screen but I don't mind it too much, it isn't gorgeous though.-Also battery life is closer to 3 hours than anything (medium brightness and settings) which I think is partially due to the rapidcharge. Great product
This has turned out to be a superb product. I thought I would miss a CD reader and SD card reader, but I have found an external CD reader and SD-USB adapter that substitute just fine. I use these items occasionally. The keyboard is great. Nothing cheap about it. The touchpad is the same. The startup is lightening fast. I travel at least once per week and this has proven to be very durable (which was one of my original "must haves". Overall, I have not been in the least disappointed.

Not good, some major annoyances and bad customer service
I got this from Lenovo as a replacement for the T420s that broke after 4 months, blue screen of death and then failed repairs.The internal mic has never worked. It sounds like I'm talking with a pillow over my face. The tech told me it was not broken. I had to yell and he could barely hear me when I called him using it. Fantastic: Fast and stable
This is by far the best laptop I've ever owned. I have not had single issue and am consistently impressed how fast it is. I have a Perl script that parses ten different databases, it use to take 20 minutes, I couldn't do anything else while it ran and I would have to reboot after it ran even once.
