Great Printer
Got from walmart because it was cheaper and quicker than anywhere else was here withthin 2 days of ordering I had it mailed to my house cost me $5 more but it was worth it because I needed ASAP. It's a great printer. I used my old Kodak on alot printed over 5,0000 pictures so I really believe in Kodak. Prints more quietly than my old one and alot quicker.(hide full review)

I HAVE HAD KODAK PRINTERS BEFORE (MODEL 6150 OFFICE PRINTER) AND THIS HERO 9 MACHINE AND THEY DO VERY WELL IN THEIR FUNCTIONS. THE INK COST IS ONE OF THE BEST DEALS AROUND. The best ever
In my many years of using a computer and printer, I must say this is the best I have ever had. Very easy set up, and Kodak support team is the best, I had a problem with setting up my laptop along with my main PC, they resolved my problem in a short time. I would recommend this printer to anyone who is thinking of a new printer.Thanks Kodak for Making a great product.

Wouldn't buy again
I fell for the sales pitch about the cheap ink. First printer had horrible printing. Printed in bands even after cleaning printing head several times AND printing on genuine Kodak Ultra Premium paper. Called Kodak and they sent a brand new replacement in just a few days. They paid for the UPS return. Second printer printed much better, but the auto document feeder destroyed every sheet I put into it. Either it wouldn't feed or it would chew up the paper. What's great about it: Print Quality and touch screen No cords, easy to connect to multiple devices via Wi-Fi. Sent back for exchange/repair twice in 2 years it had decided to die once more, this time permanently. What sold me on this was not only the price to buy, but the price of ink. Easy to use, nice option
Having been loyal to Hp printers I finally made the switch due to the high cost of their ink, and bloatware. This Eastman Kodak printer is a very good option. Setup was easy after using the disk, tired to let win7 load it, which it did, but would not connect via laptop, soon as I loaded from the disk was printing in minutes, wireless!
