I'm only 5'2". I hate sitting in a desk chair that is too large for me. If I lower the chair down so my feet touch the ground, then my arms and hands are too low to the desk. This footrest solves the problem very nicely. It is easy to tilt using my feet. I have been using it everyday for about a year and it still looks new. Love it!

This is a quality product. The materials used are top notch. The directions that come with it are a hoot. You will enjoy them. I am reminded of the movie Idiocracy where he goes into the hospital and they use icons to represent all types of ailments...... The directions use almost NO words to tell you what to do. It does not make any difference what language you speak. You use the directions to first figure out how much you should elevate the pad. This is accomplished easily by loosening ...

In the process of assembling an ergonomic workstation for my home office I stumbled upon this adjustable footrest by Kensington. I compared it with another one of their footrests that didn't have the gel pad and was a little leery of this model because I was afraid the neoprene would be slippery and my feet would slide off what it is in the angled position. I've had the footrest for several weeks now and usually use it in my bare feet. It is very comfortable and my feet do not slip off of it at ...

Item is perfect and affordable and is one model up from the regular foot rest w/o height adjustment; as the video shows, this model has 5 different heights which are easy to raise by lifting up on the platform, or dropping it down by moving the rear leg. Delivered item matches description as I saw it in Jan of 2012. It's hefty enough certainly for the weight of a person's legs, no problem. Best way I can describe the material is like the plastic used in car interiors, actually stronge...

Picked this up as I have some back issues and I thought this would help. After searching around I decided on this one, I want to mention you can find many cheaper, but I am glad I paid the few extra bucks for this one. First it's huge! I am 6' 4" and wear a size 14 shoe and this is still plenty big for my huge feet.Setting it up is fairly straightforward, you loosen the two screws on the sides (be sure not to undo them the entire way, mistake number one for me) and adjust the height to your liki...

Comfy, adjustable, and non-slip surface. It comes with directions on what you should set the height to judging by your hand size! That's pretty cool.Didn't take long to setup.I use this footrest and a pillow for my lower back. I do this because of an injury awhile ago, so this product helps me a lot when I want to read a book. It's pretty lightweight so if I want to move it to another location in the house it's not a big deal.I haven't had any trouble with the foot adjustment pedal enough to compl...

The adjustable pedal adjusts the angle of the footrest (not the height which is a different lever). The pedal is big and takes up the middle area closest to your body, not the other side. Because of this the pedal is easy to accidently hit with your feet and you end up altering the angle unintentionally. Then you have to take the time to adjust the angle back to its proper position. This has happened to me several times already in the course of a few weeks and I don't believe I move my feet ...

I know it's a $19 item but it shouldn't be that hard to make a foot rest. I work in a quite office and everyone has been hearing this thing creak as I take my feet off and put my feet onto it. Then, after just a few months of use, it broke and is no longer usable. Pay a little more for a better one so that you don't have to end up buying two.

I have knee problems. A co-worker has similar problems and told me that her physical therapist said that you should never sit in a chair with your knees bent back under you. I do this by placing my feet on my chair legs. I didn't realize how damaging this was to my knees.I purchased this based on other reviews and I have to say it works wonderfully. My legs are already feeling better. I highly recommend this.
