Convenient yes, but is it reliable?
 
This review is from: Iomega 750MB Zip Disk (8-Pack) (Electronics) The zip format is very convenient. I have been using them for years. I used to mail the 100mb disks overseas in just an envelope without a problem. Very reliable.The 750mb? Not so reliable in my experience. I had a brand-new Zip 750mb disk die on me in the last few weeks. Within a few minutes, it was so badly corrupted that MS Windows could not format or even see the disk. Hardware failure. Gone was...
