Simple and Easy! Exactly what i wanted.
It's a great product as described. I have no knowledge in Video-Audio converting and this was simple and easy to use. Thank you.For the bad side of it: At first the program stopped responding and had to restart my computer.Recorded a 30 min clip and stayed stuck at 99% processing had to restart again. After that everything else was just perfect.Thanks for this great product for this low price.

Did everything it was supposed to do
I used the VHS to DVD convertor to convert old VHS tapes to DVD disks. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. The program loaded without difficulty and the step by step on-screen instructions were perfect. The convertor can also be used to convert music tapes to CD and a more advanced mode, which I did not use, permits editing of tapes. I loved this product.

Great product at a great price.I found it to be very easy to use and I am not very computer smart.Had some issues with downloading but the customer service rep helped me walk thru it.

Very poor web site and no tech support
I bought this product in 2009 and have tried to use it numerous times. It does work but I've had numerous issues with dropped frames that I'm not sure are connected to possible lack of computer power although I'm using a PC with an i3 processor at 2.4 GHz and a hard drive with 7200 RPM. The latest issue now is that it APPEARS to record the whole tape, but when I view the video on my PC, it is not all there. I tried to convert a 13 minute VHS tape - the first time I ended up with a 2 minute video
