Fantastic Product
I bought this cooling fan for my girlfriends laptop. We've been using it for around 6 weeks now. At this point I have zero complaints. It's extremely quiet. Wouldn't even realize it was there if it wasn't for the laptop hovering over the table. The laptop is barely warm even after hours of use. This cooler definitely does its job. I highly recommend this product

Worked great
Keeps my 15" MacBook Pro significantly cooler. Not that noisy. Air flow doesn't feel like much, but it's enough--and, did I say, it's not that noisy.

Reconditioned-SO WHAT!
Even I am sometimes worried about purchasing the ever present "reconditioned" items on the web. Not so w/this excellent laptop cooler. Three things real quick: Fans are so quiet, you don't realize it is running. The exhaust port is face front away from you, so you never feel the heat. Last, if you sit in front of the TV and surf, this one makes an excellent flat laptop board for the laptop. Been running it solid for a month now and just purchased another. Can't beat the price and...

Good price but cord is awkward
I bought this product with little expectations. It performs as advertised but the USB cord is longer than it needs to be and gets in the way at times.
I would recommend it as that the price was good and the pad does what they advertise.

Cools and is quiet
I've purchased Targus products before which I thought were low quality, so I was a little reluctant to buy this unit. But it is is performing flawlessly. My laptop was so warm that it caused the laminate to separate from my countertop. Now everything is cool and the fans are amazingly quiet. Good product and good deal from Buy.com.

Good chilling mat
Product works as described. It even cools down the power adapter if one positions it at the mat exhaust. If you are looking for a mat for a 15.4' laptop this is slightly smaller but works quite well.

Did not disapoint
Works great and is very quite. Double fan keeps laptop cooler than single fan. Worked as described and would recommend product to others. Great value for the price!
