Support sucks!!!
It is a decent blu-ray player. That is why I gave it one star instead of none at all, but there will be no way I will get another blu-ray player or anything else from Element Electronics. Good price/quality value!!
Good blu-ray player. Good quality to price value. Normally $199 on Amazon but I found it for less with a seller on Amazon. If you want a good working blu-ray player without spending a fortune, then this is a really good option!

Notice: This is the single worst electronic device I have ever owned.
The malady of issues and disappointments held within this Blu-ray player would be comical if it was in a movie, but are tragic when sitting your living room. Good deal! Not expensive and good working player!
This product costs much more in office depot but found on amazon for around $90! It was an unbelievable deal for anyone wanting a blu-ray player!

worst blu ray player ever
I have owned this machine for a while, and it is terrible, it takes about 4-5 minutes to load a blu ray disc, and most of the time won't even load them at all, and even if it does, the sound is terrible, I have to turn the volume almost all the way up to even hear the dialogue. I never know whether to buy blu rays, because its a total crap shoot if it will even play them or not, and updating the thing is a total nightmare, I'm replacing this machine as soon as possible, please don't waste your m...

Good all around player. Supports AVI files and USB storage.
For a basic Blu Ray player, it performs well. I had to download a firmware update as soon as I got it, but that wasn't a big deal. What I am most impressed with, is it can play movies in the AVI format, that I have on the computer. It will also recognize a USB memory stick. This is a great player if you don't need streaming capabilities.

No Firmeware Support -Star Wars, Sucker Punch, Star Trek does not play
I bought this player in December 2010. It has served me for the last 2 years. The major issue is there is only ONE firmware upgrade in 2009 for this player. Element (Ebsco) refused to return my calls, emails, and deleted my comments from their Facebook page.
