Beware: blows off in heavy winds!

I really like this binocular case a lot but it blew off in high winds and I didn't notice, and lost it (it blew away!). I am ordering another though, but will secure it better to the binoculars. The elastic band is fine for most situations, but in extreme wind you might lose it. So, just take a lesson from me and secure it better -- and enjoy it.

could be better

Nice material, only fits 8X42, and disappointed that the magnets are not bigger and stronger.

Good for the right size binoculars

We use this wrap for Vanguard Endeavor binoculars 10X42 and 8X42. I love the protective, easy to use wrap, but it is not quite long enough for these bins. I tried "stretching" the material, and it helped a bit, but it is still hard to secure with the magnet closure. I think it would be an excellent wrap for bins that are shorter.

Does what I need it to

I bought this because my 8x36 binoculars don't come with their own fitted case, but only a large shoulder bag. It's very lightweight, but a little too large for my binoculars, which isn't obvious from the site description, which just says they fit up to 8x42. The wrap around construction lets you just open it instantly for quick viewing, but protects your bino lenses from dust the rest of the time. At least, I hope it will. I haven't used it yet in dusty conditions, so it seems possible that dus...

Carson Binocular Case

The Carson Binocular case was a true disappointment. Needing to replace a case for my Nikon Monarchs, I found only this product. It should not be called a "case". It's not even a sleeve. Though it may have some value in protecting bins from shock damage, moisture and dust (and dropping) are not addressed in this design. It is simply a wide strip of neoprene with tapered ends that fasten with a magnet. My binoculars, which are listed among the ones stated on the packaging for which this "case" is...

Not well padded

I returned these as I did not think they were very well padded. Bought the Eagle Optics 42mm Ranger Case which seems very sturdy and well padded.

Cason Ring Armor Binocular Case

This did not fit the item for which it was intended. It is kind of cheesy, but probably will work. It probably won't be effective in dense brush, but would serve in open areas.

Carson's Bino Armor is Great

Being an avid bird watcher, I am always looking for new ways to refine my hobby. Carson's BinoArmor saves me a tremendous amount of time when I am out in the field. I no longer have to bother with taking the time to take off my lens caps on my binoculars. The magnetic flaps give me very quick access to viewing birds while at the same time keeping my lenses safe from any dust, scratching and debris. The magnets are also terrific as they are very quiet and do not scare off the birds. Having a p...

Good for what I needed it for

This is not the case for you if you want full coverage of the binocular. I was simply looking for something to cover up the lenses that I could quickly deploy. This fits the bill for what I needed it for. It seems a little tight right now, but I'm hoping it loosens up a bit as I use it. The magnet is a great and quiet option.

Magnet not strong enough

The case over all is made really well, but I have Vortex Bino's which are not cheap and it is too small. Even though it says they should fit on the description. The flaps are not long enough and the magnet isn't strong enough to keep it closed.
