Simple product, works well

Horrible customer service
What's great about it: It is an easy way to add a wireless access point to your home network (in theory).
What's not so great: Customer service has no idea how to use this product, manuals are very vague and somewhat incorrect, VERY EXPENSIVE!

Works GREAT right out of the box
